Please guys tell me where I can complain from a seller, who got the money and no service after that?

If you haven’t received what you paid for, you can cancel the order and get a refund. Go to the order page>Resolution center>cancel order.



If that doesn’t work, you can contact Customer Support (http://support.fiverr.com/hc/en-us) and submit a ticket to them. They will help you.

Reply to @treasuregiver: Asking for the seller’s username here on the forum isn’t really a good idea sir.

It clearly says that calling out users on the forum is against the forum rules.

Any seller/buyer related disputes need to be solved by the buyer/seller themselves through messaging and if that doesn’t work they need to contact Customer Support.

Yes, im not going to posr seller’s user name, but I will cancel the order and give him bad rate.

Reply to @sunshy1: There is actually one way. If the gig is actually very late (the amount is variable but usually 24-48 hours after the timer runs out) the Fiverr will get a message to let them know they can force cancel. When they do so, they get their money back and an automatic bad rating is placed on the seller’s page.
