I completed my sale and the customer said that he left a good review.
On my screen I did not receive a review from him, and the order will close in 3 days. AND my gig only shows existing reviews (none from him).
Does this happen to anyone else, and how did you fix it?
Reply to @bachas85: Thanks for your response. The buyer has said that he left one. In his words: “Every time I do it, it looks like its doing something, but I don’t know.” I have contacted Technical Support and will give the answer once I get it.
I just experienced the same problem. any updates about what happened? did you recived the the review?
Same here. He left a review, but I couldn’t rate the experience, was not marked as complete, and the picture isn’t displaying in gig portfolio. It’s happening again
