So, question for you my voiceover peers? I just added myself to Fiverr, got a gig, completed the gig Saturday and now I’m not sure how I get paid. I know for sure I haven’t been, because the gig says “delivered” and I have $0 in my account, with no contact from the client even after I asked how they like the final work.
I sent a message to customer support because I wasn’t sure if I wasn’t holding up my end of the bargain. Like I need “to send a invoice” or “request a payment.”
What is the time frame they have to send payment? When should I request fraud or stealing basically? How can I avoid this? I search High and Low on their website and have not found this information.
