Completed my project but still did not receive my payment?

So I just finished doing some design work for someone and I already sent and Fiverr’s website said it was completed. but now It’s saying it’s in the process “clearing”. I was wondering how long this last and if I will receive my money in a couple of days or so.

No, you can’t. Fiverr does this (from what I understand) to protect themselves against a buyer initiating a chargeback.

Just focus on getting more sales. Then every day or so, you will have more funds clearing.

The process works as follows:

  1. The purchase has a 3 day period of which the buyer can request a revision.

  2. The order is completed after 3 days (with no response from the buyer)

  3. The “clearing period” takes 14 days for (new sellers)

  4. The available funds will show up on your dashboard. If it’s not there, it’s not ready for withdrawal.
