Confirmation email not arriving

Is anybody else having difficulty withdrawing via Paypal today? I’ve received the standard message: "A verification email was sent to the email address you provided on PayPal."



However, no email is arriving in my inbox. I’m curious as to whether this is a universal problem, or my account has been compromised in some way. I would appreciate any input.

Update: I’ve sent a support ticket, but strangely, I didn’t receive an email notification for that either. The email on the account is still owned by me, so I’m guessing it’s a site-wide issue (I use hotmail).
