Confused about fiverr gigs

Hi ya’ll

I’m new to fiverr, offering WP development and Digital marketing services through two of my gigs. I see hundreds of thousand people are in single sub cat offering same services, when i created my gigs and went searching in cat i couldn’t find my gigs, even more amazingly i can’t even find via search bar.

My question is how do people get new clients and become top rated? What is the way to attract new clients and sell services?

2nd question is What percent of fiverr fee?

Waiting for a helpful answer

thanks

When your gig sells, Fiverr takes $1 for every $5 you make, or 20%. This means that as soon as a sale comes through, you have made $4. If someone buys a gig extra for $5, you make $8, and so on.

As for promoting Fiverr gigs I use SEO to push my sites up google to bring in all the search traffic to my gig. Another good way is just do a massive push with social signals or just social bookmark your gig on all the top sites.

I could ramble on forever about ways to promote a gig but the above mentioned have served well so try them for now. : )
