Content writing test

its me here a new seller on Fiverr. I made my 4 gigs and its have been 60 days since I am active here .
Basically I want to be a content writer here ,I made gig they asked me to take test ,I just viewed the syllabus but didn’t attempt the test neither i viewed, but now fiver is saying not able to retake test you lost it
why this happened kindly shared your views ,suggestion really disappointed

The tests are known to have issues. If you think there’s a problem with the tests, you’ll need to contact Customer Support.

If you’re offering content in English, you will need to pass the test. If you’re only writing content for your native language, you might be able to have a gig that doesn’t require the English test.
