Conversation Is it effect the analytics?

I want to know is it effect our analytic when we communicate in chat box instead of order conversation? Kindly share your experience and observation.

@solution_hub Always reply to messages in your inbox area quickly because this is what affects your response rate and time. Once a buyer orders from you, it’s okay for you to continue the conversation using the order page. I hope this helps. All the best.

The effect which is linked to messaging or chat box is only response rate. When you reply to first message within 24 hrs the response rate doesn’t drop.

What do you discuss in chat box other that order conversation?
