Copying gig image any of way?

Hello Fiverr people,

Have you found any of gig image similar to your one from other sellers? I saw several. Mostly from new sellers. They tried to copy gig covers from experienced designers. This happen to me as well. What do you think about this matter? Is this hurt to experienced sellers? Is this agree with fiverr TOS?

If you have created the image from scratch, and someone else uses it without your permission, it’s copyright infringement.

If you’re using stock photos, or modified stock photos, there’s no rule forbidding others to use the same stock photo (and modify it, or use it as is).
