Copyright Infringement ( Someone steal my artworks )

It has come to my attention that one of the seller ( https://www.fiverr.com/************) have made unauthorized use of my copyrighted Works. This seller did not notify me and I have not been paid for the use of my works. I have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by myself, the copyright owner. I hereby state, under penalty of perjury, that the above information in this email is accurate and that I am the copyright owner.

Please remove the buyer information from your post (calling out buyers on the forums is against the site’s ToS). Since it seems you have a fair amount of evidence, I would contact Customer Support (support@fiverr.com) and email them with all of this information, including the buyer’s name and the screenshots. I had something similar happen to me and support was able to take care of it quickly.
