Do you know, if we can use/post images with Brands on Fiverr? Or should we ask for the copyright to the owner/company?

What brand is it? I recommend you airbrush out any logos. Posting pictures of branded items isn’t illegal per sé, but if it’s done with promotional intent rather than simply representational like with most gig images, it may be an issue.
