Copyrights question

When hiring someone for something such as logo design does fiverr say anywhere that buy them selling me said logo they are signing over copyrights? I wouldn’t want to buy a logo and miraculously blow up and them come back and say this is my design and I want it back.

Yes, Fiverr does say, check their Terms of Service: https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service

You can use keyboard shortcut CTRL+F and search for any text related to “copyright”, although you agreed to those Terms when signing up, so it can’t hurt to read through the whole document, while you’re at it, especially if you’re planning on using Fiverr more often, might save you from accidentally violating any terms yourself.
