I just had my first late delivery by the time my client responded to the delivery extension request I sent through the resolution center it was too late. However, he accepted and the order should have an extra 3 days but for some reason the clock says 1 hour
Any ideas if the 72hours will be added after this 1 hour runs out? I don;t want the same order to be marked as late twice
By the way, this all happened today, so the 3 days I requested should have been added like 4 hours ago.
