Creating a Gig for a Specific Buyer

I need to create gigs for a specific buyer who has indicated the products he wants, the timeframe to deliver, and how much I will charge. The product is unique to his situation, and will be custom made according to his specs. It’s not a project I really want to take on more than one at a time. Is there a way to create a gig from my end, or should he create a gig request that I can bid on?

If you are a level 1 seller you can create specific custom gigs.
