HI, I have been working on fiverr in writing and Translation category, but have also graphic designing expertise too. Can I make graphic designing gigs in my writing and Translation category.

Yep! You can make multiple gigs in the same category!

Welcome to the Fiverr forums.
You are not a category, your gigs are. You can absolutely make gigs using your different skills. That said, I would recommend removing/redoing your creative writing gig, as you use the word ‘essay’. I’m well aware that ‘essay’ is simply a form of writing, but the Fiverr system might mistake it for the academic version, which is against the ToS.
