CS not updating my gig video on Mobile App since 15 days

My REQUEST #1845074 has not being answered since one Month from Fiverr customer support team. I keep asking the status for my complaint but this is the last reply i got from CS “Unfortunately there’s no update so far. We’ll let you know as soon as we receive any information.” I don’t know why Fiverr guys taking so much time to update my Gig Video
