Can anyone please explain to me what a custom offer means ??!!

It means you can make an offer to a buyer that is different from what you usually sell.
For instance, I am a proofreader. My package is to proofread 1000 words for $10. If a prospective buyer wants to have 1200 words corrected; instead, he can ask me for a custom offer.

Sorry to ask again . when I send a custom offer how do I know if my buyer accepts it?
Once the buyer accepts your Custom Offer, the order will start automatically.
