Custom Offer Not Received


I’ve sent custom offer to my buyer but she said she didn’t receive it? ( I see offer not accepted)

How can we solve this issue?

Yes I did, she is looking for a sample picture. Like I have to take every word put of her mouth. :rage:


Communicate with her. Make sure to let her know she declined the offer. You can always send a new one. Do you offer sample pictures?


Yes, I do. But no customers’ so they can’t abuse it. I asked what are her pictures like, so I could send propper sample. She said colorized and she confused me with that.
