I am a new seller on Fiverr who was contacted by a client for a custom order last week - which I duly created for them. They accepted it, and the money went off of their card - however there is no sign of the order on either his or my side. Fiverr support wants him to submit a request, but an order number is mandatory and there is no order number to be found. Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so, how did you resolve it? We are both very frustrated with our experience of Fiverr so far - particularly the lax customer (and seller) support we have received so far.
