Custom orders

Hi Fiverrs!



I was wondering if there is any limit with sending custom offers? 2 weeks ago i have send a client a custom order. Today i want to send it again, but i when i click on custom order, nothing happened. Only the page moved up to the top of the screen.



Is there any limit for sending custom orders (if you have not reached level 1 yet)?
