Customer called an order that was already marked as complete

Hello, I have recently been scammed $25 from one of my customers. I have already delivered their order 21 days ago and their order was marked as complete. Today I was notified that my customer cancelled the order and recieved their funds. I would like to know why he was able to do this when the order was already complete, and if possible recieve my money back.

Seems like some buyers are working to spoil the Fiverr’s reputation among sellers, and Fiverr’s CS is inflicting self harm.

This happens when the buyer opens a Paypal Dispute. In this matter Fiverr also can do nothing, they can just ban such buyers.

This is one of the biggest problem being faced by sellers on Fiverr and I guess it should be looked after.
