Customer cancels order

Yes, it will affect your stats (not your rating, as if the client cancels the order, they do not get to give a rating - the ONLY time they can is if the order goes VERY LATE and the client cancels or the system cancels it and that will give you an auto 1 star on that canceled order). But, if this is a mutual cancellation, it will only affect your COMPLETION rate, which can affect your ability to maintain your current level or move to the next one in a day or so here.

As @genuineguidance has said, you need to think carefully about how a cancellation will affect your completion rate. Remember, Fiverr bases your seller level on the last 60 days performance. So, for example, if you are unlucky enough to have another cancellation in the next 8 weeks or so, the two combined could be enough for Fiverr to drop you a seller level.

The other thing to consider is that while no one on the forum truly knows how Fiverr metrics work (how they position your gig in search results), anecdotally a number of people have reported a drop in new orders after cancelled orders.

Accepting a cancellation is sometimes necessary so that you can get on with life and not have to deal with a disgruntled buyer, but you should always think through whether it is worth fighting a cancellation and risking poor feedback in order to help maintain your completion stat. Everyone’s case is different - so only you can make this decision.
