A long term customer of mine is unable to accept my custom offer. It’s never been a problem before. Others are ordering from me with no problems. I have no idea why this is happening or what to do about it. I sent in a help ticket today, but in the meantime I was hoping someone could offer me some advice. I’ve already completed nine of the twelve articles for the order, so they need my work and I need to get paid for the work I’ve already completed.
Often it’s a bug. Send him a new custom offer. If the new custom offer doesn’t work either maybe they can just purchase gigs? If everything fails you will have to wait for CS to get back with you.
