I woke up today to find that a customer has charged back on all his orders via Paypal , and the weird thing is , he just ordered another time!!! This customer is a kid (I’ve been able to see that since I deliver a service which is directly related to his instagram account) and I think that he just doesn’t want to pay! Fun fact : He used to leave a positive feedback. So my question is , now that the orders got all canceled , is there any way to recover my funds or maybe block this customer? Thanks a lot!
No, you can only complain with Customer Support but you won’t have your money back.
That user will be banned from Fiverr site because of chargebacks.
No, sellers are not allowed to prevent a buyer to order gigs (we asked this feature several times, but it won’t never been in place IMHO)
Sorry for the late feedback , but if a customer charged back with bad intentions like my customer did , do not hesitate to contact support , you may not get the funds back since the customer charged back on fiverr but support will resolve your issue fast
Good suggestion but how to contact support? The link in the above comment only takes me to a page with pictures of people. there is no link that I can see or form to fill out.
