Customer modifications

I don’t think Fiverr handles customer revisions very well. when a customer requests modifications, it always based on original order delivery time.sometimes customers are not even in a hurry but it always displays "LATE’ on the page. does this affect my ratings in any way especially when i’ve marked my revisions as unlimited?
another thing, when a client cancels an order it is not clear how it is done. a client can cancel an order even after delivering. how do we as sellers ensure the copy submitted is not used by buyer and yet cancel the task with no pay?
