Customer put order on hold? What do i do?


So i had a buyer order yesterday and it only takes max 2 days to deliver. Well they wanted me to hold it until the end of next week. What do i do so it doesn’t get marked late?

Agree with above! The buyer should never have done that to you. There’s no way to “hold” an order.

I would mutually cancel, then send a custom price quote that has the deadline you both agree on. That’s if you still want the order.
