Customer Service in fiverr is not working

Is there a way to communicate with fiverr by chat or phone number… I have 2 cases open since almost a week and no one has it help yet.

Well, CS have declared longer response time before. As far as I know it may take about 10 days nowadays.

There are a few reasons for longer response time. One is the capacity that is low due to pandemic situation at the moment. The other one is the huge amount of tickets they have to process.
