Customer "Service" - Posting a gig result

I’m not sure where to put this, but I’m fuming. I received a {{{wonderful}}} product from a seller, and I did something screwy on the review and he can’t show it on his portfolio. Naturally I contacted CS, and they responded (the “do not reply” thing), and I’ve been waiting for a week.

Really?!? I just want to make sure that the seller is able to use my completed gig on his portfolio. And yes, I withdrew the review and submitted it again, this time clicking the plus sign so that it gave him the ability to use it.

Now what? Has anyone had any communication with CS or am I just sitting out here alone? Doesn’t seem like a complicated thing to resolve!

I can’t find a way to go back and correct the review so that the product shows on his gig. I’ve been waiting a week for CS and I’m assuming the ability to go back and correct a review is now gone, because I still can’t find a way to do it.
