Customer services is the secret

Hey guys. SO basically i started fiverr in need of economic help, i was with many debts and was running out of ideas on what to do. So i decided to go with what i new best. research. 7 months later I’ve made 5000+ and currently making 3000 USD a month. Basically i think customer service is the secret. People like to be treated with respect and love that you acknowledge their concerns and their dislikes. Not always easy but sure worth it. What advice do you guys have to becoming a better seller?
