Customer support cancel order after order completed!


Hey guys so i was fullfilling an order of uplaoding something on a site and i did so but the product the user provided was against the rules of the website! so i told them it was not my fault ! after that they didnt reply for 3 days and the order was complete then they contact me saying why it wasnt completed i explained the situation after that customer support just cancel the order how is it my fault!!! they had 3 days!!! and now my account is getting harmed because of people like them!
my account has 73% orders complete all are similar from buyers who dont read description etc! last time i contacted customer support and they gave me an unrelated answer and didnt reply back! WHAT!?!


If fiverr custom support give unrelated answer. Better to contact them again. and reply as soon as possible. If not ticket will be closed
