I tried to reach customer support 3 times, the first two times they marked my tickets as solved in 10 minutes, without a response. After that i created an another ticket, it says it’s assigned to someone but it’s still marked as open. What can i do? I need they help as soon as possible

Wait until they reply - your ticket receipt will show the expected waiting time.
