Customer Support is Really Busy

Wow Customer Support got Lot to do,

"We are currently experiencing a high volume of service requests, resulting in longer than usual response time. Please be patient, and we will get to your request. All requests are answered by real people. We work 24/7."



Well almost 2 days passed i didn’t get any response from Support Team, They were never that much Busy before, I Have no Idea may be some Major increase in Traffic just came by like a flood or may be someone is enjoying his/her Holidays :slight_smile:

Same here, Before my ticket was responded in about 30min or less, now my ticked got a reply after 2 days but as always there are template responds. Only i got this from support who helped me “The view counter is not working and our tech team is aware of this”.
