Customer support won't answer

So, I opened up a ticket and cs haven’t replied to it. It’s been 8-9 days. Anyone else facing the same issue>?

CS are extremely overworked at the moment - they really need more agents.

Have your respective tickets been assigned to an agent yet? If not, email support@fiverr.com with the ticket number in the subject line and ask them to attend to it … this sometimes works.
