Customer support won't answer

So, I opened up a ticket and cs haven’t replied to it. It’s been 8-9 days. Anyone else facing the same issue>?

CS are extremely overworked at the moment - they really need more agents.

Have your respective tickets been assigned to an agent yet? If not, email with the ticket number in the subject line and ask them to attend to it … this sometimes works.
