Your customer support should allow for a comments box that you can reply to somewhere… if there is one can’t find it …very frustrating
Their customer service is just push button…there are no comment blocks available…I am trying to find out why my order which I have paid for is not in my account… also… I have received it and it is ready for review but won’t come up when I click on the button…just takes me back to fiverr.com… the “customer support” sends me to “my shopping” which has no record of my order # and has no other way for me to get my answers…
If you have any suggestions …it would be most appreciated…Thanks…eh!!!
Create an account and you can send tickets that way. You can comment all you like on your customer service requests there
