Customer Support

Hi, I’m trying to contact Customer Support, it is asking me to sign in to that. It tells me my email or password is wrong, but it isn’t. I tried send me a new password and it said it would respond straight away. I haven’t been sent one. Is this a manual thing, as I am in the UK, so obviously earlier than the US, which would explain not getting one. I would have presumed these things are automatic, though, am I wrong?

I don’t know which kind of problem could be behind this, but I want to remember you that user/pass used to access CS site are not related to credentials used to enter Fiverr site!!

CS site is disjoint and you must create a fresh account there to login…
