Hello! I’ve had my recent customers asking me to send them their files via email, because they seem to have problems downloading the attachments (jpg, png, ai files).
The first couple times I thought it was a misunderstanding of the platform on their side, but recently more and more customers are telling me about this problem.
I hope you can fix this soon, even if it’s only a UI problem. It’s probably not intuitive for them, and it is making us have an extra step in the process.
