Dasboard marks delivered order as '1 day late' while it wasn't


i’m pretty sure i’m misunderstanding the meaning of this note, but i need to ask what it does mean.
Last saturday i received an order at around 10:00 in the morning, the countdown was set on 24 hours and i completed it within 5 hours or so (15:32 my time).
I delivered the order right away but it’s still saying ‘Awaiting response’ and since today it says on my dashboard:

Active orders
‘one days late’

It doesn’t make sense to me because 1: I delivered it well in time and 2: If this ‘too late’ refers to a late response of the buyer, it would be 2 days late by now.

I hope someone can enlighten me about this message.


Since you delivered on time and through the delivery button, there’s no need to worry about that. The clock keeps ticking and it’s annoying but it won’t count as a late delivery. If you search here on the forum you’ll see a lot of threads about this matter.


Seems quite daft how they can’t fix a problem that’s been there since 2013!

I guess they don’t see it as a problem as we, sellers, sometimes do. I got used to it, so it doesn’t really bother me anymore.
