Dashboard order completion rate


I have had 10 orders and one has recently been cancelled. Leave 9 successfully completed orders, or 9/10, 90%. I noticed that on my mobile apps dashboard it currently saying 80% order completion.

Would anybody be able to tell me why that is?

I understand that this can’t be seen by potential clients but was wondered if I was missing something.

It is based on last 60 days not all time, it looks like you had 4 orders completed and 1 cancelled on last 60 days and that is 80%
