Dashboard shows $0 in sales

Heya,

I got my first order a little while ago, and completed it to the customer’s satisfaction. He gave me a 5-star review, and paid.

I just checked my account to see if I could get the money transferred to my bank account, but my dashboard tells me I have $0. Also $0 in sales, etc.

The customer did not refund or cancel the order, so what just happened?

Since it is a new month the dashboard returns to zero assuming you are referring to a sale you’ve made last March. You may be able to withdraw the money you earned from that sale 14 days after the order was marked as complete. If this is not the case or you facing another kind of problem, you may talk to Customer Support.

Also, why is there a picture attached to my original post? I didn’t do that.

Yes, it’s a glitch that is currently being fixed as we speak. :slight_smile:
