I am trying to find someone with these skills without success. The responses to posting just result in “I can do it, choose me” nonsense. I need help establishing these feeds to eCommerce sites and someone to manage the entire process ongoing.

What is the best way to connect with someone with these skills?

The best way to find sellers that offer skills like these is to either post a Buyer Request, or search the Fiverr website to see which sellers are offering these services.

Well, those are the ways that buyers find sellers here on Fiverr. Your other option is to search Google, and see what kind of off-Fiverr professionals are out there offering these skills on their own.
