Dealing with a double post of a bad review

I had a person give me to identical bad reviews, with one of my gigs (I was away from my Fiverr account and I didn’t see the image below till it was way too late). Is there any way to fix this? It’s stoping me from bidding on gigs.

Have you contacted CS?

I would say maybe, but it’s also been eight months since then…

Customer Support is highly unlikely to remove reviews for non-deliveries, since that’s about the worst review you can get.

You can ask Customer Support for help/advice, but it might work best for you if you close your account and, with the permission from Customer Support, open a new one (you have to ask them for permission to do that).
