Dealing with Tough Buyers

How do you deal with a buyer who is asking for more den Commited? I have a bad experience with few buyers, they accept cheap gigs and ask for more things and if we don’t agree with their terms they leave a negative review. Most of the time I return their money if they aren’t happy with my work. But that affect a lot on order Completion rate. Its chicken-egg situation, please share your experience.
