Declined - so i posted a job on fiver, and get it declined. why?

I have a Autocad drawing of a house I exported the autocad to sketchup and moved around the layout. Need some one with autocad skills to update the autocad drawings to mach the changes Ive done in the sketchup. . 3 floors.

i have two pictures one of the autocad file and one of the sketchup… why do they decline it…?
