Delay in Payment Clearance

Hi all, I need a small help. I completed my first order in fiverr 3 days ago. I got a great review and 5 star rating also. but my payment is still pending clearance. Why is that happening? Is there a minimum earning that we have to get before withdrawing? The balance is still not shown in personal balance though its showing payment received.

2 week pending clearance up to level 2 seller. Once your Top rated there’s a 1 week pending clearance. The reason for this is so there’s any problems after the order they can hold the sellers money.
