Can you delete a message you’ve sent in the inbox
Not after you sent it.
This is stupid… I would like to delete couple conversations that led to nothing.
You can delete messages/conversation - click on the selection box, then the waste bin/delete button - gone!
Will it be deleted from Clients inbox too?
No - all messages sent remain in the recipient’s inbox even if the sender deletes it at their end.
Has this been updated? is it possible to delete a message or a file that was sent to the wrong recipient?
It doesn’t seem to be changed so far.

I cannot find a way to delete a message sent in error as of 3/1/21
If you sent it through the Inbox system, you can’t delete it.
For assistance contact Fiverr CS and they may be able to help if it is truly a message that should be deleted.
