Hey, I just delivered a gig to one of my clients and despite them liking it and saying it’s what they wanted, the order has not gone to completed. The client themself doesn’t know what’s wrong, as he received it just fine. It’s just unfortunate that it’s being marked as a late order when it was delivered on time. Any suggestions?
Try marking it as delivered again, I have noticed this happens sometimes
I have had this happen to me four times today, never before. Thankfully I noticed.
