So I delivered two orders before the deadline, but the buyer still hasn’t clicked accept or whatever and now it says that I’m late, even though I’m not. Is this going to affect my statistics? What should I do?
Sometimes, that clock forgets to turn itself off upon delivery. If you’re 100% sure you delivered on time, don’t worry about it. If it seems to take a toll on your analytics after the order gets completed, feel free to contact CS regarding the same.
