Delivery is hampered and the buyer to cancel the order

I get orders some time ago and I’ve sent him. Usually, delivery to a different country is a bit longer, but what if the buyer get angry because of the time that should have ordered items they had not yet reached or are on the way? but I found that they were angry and canceled the order, I have experienced this and lost the buyer.
