Delivery notifications?

Hi. I get e-mails when people on fiverr send me messages, but I don’t get e-mails when a seller delivers his work to me. Is there a way to get fiverr to send me e-mails for that?

I’m pretty sure you do? If not, maybe you need to check out your settings. Go to the Fiverr website, look at your username, click on the gray little downwards pointing arrow, click on settings, click on whatever looks like it might have the email schedule thing and that might sort it out. Or check your spam folder (ahem)

Your username is in the top right hand corner btw. I know you might know this, but… just saves time if you (or someone else reading this) doesn’t!

You should be getting them. You can ask customer support about this.
