Delivery time extension

Did anyone notice this new feature ?

I have been waiting for it for a long time, and I had to use it recently and it was great.

I just used it today for the first time as my client still hasn’t sent me the info I need to complete his job due in 8 hours and I agree!! Awesome, AWESOME update 🙂

I had to use it 6 times with 2 buyers on my biggest single orders ever, 3 times with each buyer, surprisingly they stopped replying to me at the same time.

I have not got it yet. Will you mind telling us more about this feature. How and where is it located. On the order page or where

on the top right of the order page, you will see a “Resolve now” link , you will have multiple choices to choose the reason, and based on that you will go the next step which is choosing the solution, and one of them will be “extend the delivery time”, you can check that by yourself
